How long does delivery take?

Orders are prepared within 1 to 3 business days. Standard delivery then takes 7 to 12 business days. Every order is shipped with a tracking number, emailed to you when it leaves our logistics partner.

How much does delivery cost?

Standard delivery is a flat €4.99 per order — and it is free on orders over €40, anywhere in the eurozone countries we serve, no promo code needed.

Which countries do you deliver to?

We deliver across the eurozone: Austria, Belgium, Croatia, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, the Netherlands, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia and Spain. French-speaking customers can also order from our French storefront at the root of this site.

Can I return an item?

Yes. Unused items in their original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Email us at [email protected] for the return instructions. This is in addition to your legal 14-day right of withdrawal.

When will I be refunded?

Once we receive and check your return, the refund is issued to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept payments by PayPal and by bank card via PayPal. PayPal may also offer you its instalment option at checkout, depending on your eligibility — that decision is PayPal’s, case by case. We do not accept cash on delivery.

Are the product dimensions reliable?

Yes: every product page lists the real dimensions and materials of the product, checked before publication. If a measurement matters in your kitchen (a drawer, a cupboard), check it before ordering — and if in doubt, ask us.
