Who is responsible for your data?

What data do we collect?

Orders: name, delivery and billing address, email, phone (if provided), order contents.
Customer account: login details and order history, if you create an account.
Browsing: technical cookies essential for the cart and checkout, and anonymised audience measurement.
Messages: the content of the emails and messages you send us.

Why, and on what legal basis?

We process your data to fulfil your orders (legal basis: performance of the contract), to answer your requests (legitimate interest), to meet our accounting and legal obligations, and — only with your consent — to send you offers. We never sell your data.

Who is it shared with?

Only with the providers needed for your order: our payment provider (PayPal), the carriers for delivery, and our technical hosting provider. Card payments are processed by PayPal: we do not store your card details.

How long do we keep it?

Order data is kept for the period required by our legal and accounting obligations. Support messages are kept for a maximum of 3 years. You can ask for your account and associated data to be deleted at any time, within the limits of our legal obligations.
