Preparation time

Orders are prepared within 1 to 3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed over the weekend or on a public holiday are prepared on the next business day.

Delivery times and rates (eurozone)

• Standard delivery: 7 to 12 business days after dispatch — flat €4.99 per order
• Free delivery: orders over €40 get free standard delivery

Times are in business days and start when the order is dispatched, not when it is placed. Remote areas may take a little longer. All our prices are shown with taxes included.

Where we deliver

We deliver to addresses in Austria, Belgium, Croatia, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, the Netherlands, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia and Spain. We do not deliver outside these countries for the moment.

Tracking

Every order is shipped with tracking. Your tracking number is emailed to you when the order leaves our logistics partner’s warehouse.

Damaged, lost or delayed orders

If your order arrives damaged, or if the tracking has not moved for more than 10 business days, contact us at [email protected]: we will put it right with a replacement or a refund.
