1. Seller
The kuvina.homes site is operated by Kuvina, 3306 Broadway Street, Charleston, SC 29403, United States. Contact: [email protected]. These terms apply to all orders placed on the site by consumers in the countries we serve.
2. Products and prices
Every product is described with its essential dimensions, materials and characteristics. Photographs are representative of the product delivered. Prices are shown in euros, taxes included, excluding the delivery charges displayed before payment.
3. Orders
An order is confirmed by a confirmation email after payment. We may cancel an order in the event of an obvious pricing error or a stock shortage, with a full refund.
4. Payment
Payment is made by PayPal or by bank card via PayPal, at the time of ordering. PayPal may offer an instalment option depending on your eligibility. Orders are prepared after payment is received.
5. Delivery
We deliver to the eurozone countries listed on the Shipping page. Orders are prepared within 1 to 3 business days, then delivered within 7 to 12 business days. Delivery charges: €4.99 per order, free over €40. See the Shipping page for details.
6. Withdrawal and returns
You have a legal right of withdrawal for 14 days from receipt of your order. Beyond that, our commercial policy lets you return any unused item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. The details are on the Returns & Refunds page.
7. Guarantees
All our products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity (2 years) and the guarantee against hidden defects, in accordance with EU consumer law. If a product is faulty, contact us at [email protected]: we will repair, replace or refund it in accordance with the law.
8. Liability
We are not liable for use of a product other than for its intended purpose or contrary to its instructions, nor for delivery delays caused by the carrier or by force majeure — without prejudice to the remedies described on the Shipping page.
9. Applicable law and disputes
These terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute we will first look for an amicable solution; you may use a consumer mediation service free of charge, and then the competent court.
