30-day returns

If an item is not right for you, you can return it within 30 days of delivery, provided it is unused, complete and in its original packaging. We refund the full price of the item once the return is received and checked.

Your legal right of withdrawal

Under EU consumer law, you also have a legal right to withdraw within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason. Our 30-day return policy applies beyond that legal minimum, on the terms set out above.

How to make a return

1. Email us at [email protected] with your order number and the item concerned.
2. We will send you the return instructions within 1 business day.
3. Send the item back in its original packaging. Unless the item was faulty or sent by mistake, return shipping is at your cost.

Damaged, faulty or incorrect items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, or if it is not the item you ordered, contact us within 30 days with a photo of the problem: we will offer a replacement or a full refund, without asking you to return the item if that is not useful, and at no cost to you.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the payment method used for the order, within 5 to 10 business days of receiving the return (or, for damaged items, of approving your claim).
